MindMind anvendes i kommunale og sociale indsatser som et skærmfrit redskab til arbejdet med stress, uro, angst, søvn og selvregulering.

Horsens Kommune

Horsens Kommune har gennem et år afprøvet BiBi og HALO i kommunale forløb. Evalueringen viste bl.a., at 75% af borgerne oplevede en positiv forskel i hverdagen, og at 84% mærkede effekt inden for de første fire uger. Fagpersoner fremhævede især mere ro, fokus og deltagelse i forløbene.

Sønderborg Kommune

Sønderborg Kommune har anvendt BiBi som et skærmfrit redskab til borgere med stress, uro, angst og søvnudfordringer. Borgerne beskriver bl.a., at BiBi hjælper dem med at regulere vejrtrækningen, håndtere overstimulering og falde hurtigere til ro ved sengetid.

Afprøvet på OUH som en del af BREATH-projektet

Hvordan kan et simpelt, skærmfrit vejrtrækningsredskab hjælpe børn gennem nogle af de sværeste situationer i deres behandlingsforløb?

I BREATH-projektet har børn med kronisk sygdom afprøvet BIBI i forbindelse med blodprøver, drop og injektioner.

En behandling, der tidligere kunne tage op mod en time, blev gennemført på 15-20 minutter efter introduktion af BIBI.
